Before the game starts, you can set how much you want to bet. There are two ways to do this. First, you can set the coin value. Clicking on “+” increases the coin value, and “-” decreases it. On the other hand, you can click “Bet One” to set how many coins you want to bet. To reset the number of coins, simply continue clicking on “Bet One” until “Coins” returns to “1.” “Bet Max” starts a new game with the maximum bet. “Deal” starts the game with the selected bet.
Once you have started the game, you will receive five cards. Now you can click on the cards you want to keep.
The aim of the game is to get one of the following card combinations:
– A pair of one or more jacks
– Two pairs
– A threesome
– A straight = five consecutive cards. For example, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. The order in which the cards are dealt is irrelevant.
– A flush = five cards of the same suit
– A full house = a triplet and a pair
– Four of a kind = four cards of the same value
– A straight flush = a straight with all cards of the same suit
– A royal flush = A straight flush with an ace, king, queen, jack and a 10
Once you have won, you have the opportunity to either collect the winnings by clicking on “Collect” or double the winnings by clicking on “Double.” Subsequently, a house card will be revealed. Click on one of the remaining cards to select your card. If your card is the higher card, you can decide again whether you want to collect your winnings or double them. If you do not have the higher card, the house wins, and the round is over. If there is a tie, you also win.
You can see how much you can win by moving your mouse pointer over the field labeled “Show Paytable.”
